Part 135 Director of Maintenance

Heritage Flight is expanding its maintenance management team and seeks a Part 135 Director of Maintenance (DOM) to oversee an eight aircraft charter fleet: (2) Citation Excels, (1) Citation Encore, (1) Bombardier Challenger 601-3R, and (4) C90B King Airs. Challenger 604 and Global 5000 aircraft are on order.

The 135 DOM will monitor the fleet for required maintenance events and return aircraft to service by performing or assigning required maintenance or scheduling maintenance with the Company's existing Part 145 Repair Station to ensure timely and efficient maintenance completion. The 135 DOM works closely with the Flight Operations Team and Company Repair Station to integrate maintenance events with the flight and repair station schedules.

The 135 DOM will develop a maintenance support team, General Maintenance Manual, and processes to support ten or more passenger aircraft operations by the certificate holder and will ensure completion of required documentation.

Ten years prior aviation technical and management experience required. Strong trouble shooting and computer skills. Prior experience on existing aircraft types desirable. Competitive benefits.
